Our notaries travel to you to complete notarizations with compassion, patience, and deference.
Notarizations provide an additional measure of legal protection by helping to reduce the likelihood that estate documents will be challenged in probate court.
A notary’s official record verifies that the documents were signed personally, voluntarily, and with an understanding of their terms at the time of execution.
how it works
Scheduling a mobile notary is simple. Here’s what to expect from start to finish.
After your an attorney finishes drafting your documents and you understand what you are signing, you can book your appointment online or contact us directly.
You need a government issued ID and the unsigned documents. It is also a good idea to have the attorneys contact information available on the occasion there are any legal questions or issues.
Your notary travels to the location in the Bay Area chosen at the time of booking.
After your notary verifies your identity, confirms you’re signing voluntarily, and witnesses your signature, they execute the notarization. The process usually takes about a half hour.
California notary fees are regulated by state law. Your final appointment cost is based on the required notarial acts, travel to your location, and any requested additional services. A detailed quote is always provided before your appointment is confirmed.
