Lead Loan Signing Agent | Notary Public

Nimisha Barot is a qualified legal professional with a law degree from Delhi, India, and over 9 years of experience in the legal and notary services field. Since 2015, she has worked as a Legal Assistant, specializing in personal injury law. She has completed over 5,000 loan signings and works with leading title companies including First American and Old Republic.

She has completed training and is certified through the National Notary Association (NNA), Notary2Pro, and Loan Signing System (LSA). Her deep knowledge of loan documents, legal procedures, and client service ensures accuracy, professionalism, and reliability in every signing appointment.

Maria Cherundolo

Loan Signing Agent | Notary Public

Maria is a California Commissioned Notary Public and NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent. In addition to advanced training certification through Loan Signing System, she studied under the tutelage of Lead Signing Agent and Mentor, Nimisha Barot. She follows Signing Professionals Workgroup Guidelines, Fidelity Requirements, and continues to prioritize a secure digital infrastructure and document handling.

SecureInk Notary is rooted in her security focused vision to notary services, after her personal experience with identity theft. She hopes to set a high standard for secure document handling in the notary industry.
